 Women in Ministry: Part 6

Meet Adley Gray. Adley is a senior at Amarillo High School. As I have, over the last few months, spent time noticing women at Central who minister, more and more, Adley has come to my attention. She is active in church and youth group. She is kind to everyone! She does not know a stranger. She takes alone time, just her and God, for spiritual renewal and self-reflection. She works tirelessly on various mission fields, both local and foreign. Adley ministers!

Ministering as a teenager in the bible belt is difficult, because I can count my non-Christian friends on one hand. This makes it difficult to find obvious ways to minister, like inviting an atheist friend to church. The good news is that we serve a God who adores all of His children and longs to use the gifts He gave them in ways that benefit His greater purpose.
